Rantrio-ESR is a combination of Esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), and Domperidone, a prokinetic agent with sustained-release properties.

Rantrio-ESR is used to treat the following conditions:

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

• Peptic ulcers and erosive esophagitis

• Dyspepsia (indigestion)

• Gastroparesis (delayed gastric emptying)

• Nausea and vomiting associated with gastrointestinal disorders

It helps manage symptoms of acid reflux and indigestion, preventing heartburn and bloating.
